Betzerk is an internationally licensed online Sports Betting and gaming platform. These Terms & Conditions constitute a legal agreement between betzerk and its members, and apply in Bangladesh and all other jurisdictions where international gaming laws are in effect.

When registering at betzerk, you must provide accurate and complete information. Accounts created with incorrect or false details may be suspended at any time, and any remaining balance may be forfeited.

• Only one account is permitted per person, household, device, or IP address.
• It is the member's responsibility to keep their account password confidential.
• Transferring or selling your account to another person is strictly prohibited.
• If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, contact support immediately.
• A copy of your National ID or passport may be requested for KYC verification.
• Operating an account on behalf of anyone under 18 is strictly prohibited.

Betzerk will send an email notice in advance before deactivating an account. However, in urgent circumstances — such as suspected fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity — an account may be suspended without prior notice.

Make sure you understand the rules of each market before placing a bet on betzerk. Once a bet is submitted, it cannot be cancelled — however, betzerk reserves the right to void bets under specific conditions.

• If a match is cancelled or abandoned, the stake for that bet will be refunded.
• Odds in live betting can change at any moment — the odds at the time of bet confirmation are final.
• If one leg of an accumulator or parlay bet is voided, the bet will stand as a reduced-leg bet.
• Betzerk reserves the right to void any bet placed at incorrect odds due to a system error.
• Any bets linked to suspected match-fixing or manipulation will be subject to review.
• Maximum bet limits per event may vary depending on the market.

The same Terms & Conditions that apply to Sports Betting on betzerk also apply to casino and virtual games, unless separate section-specific rules are stated.

Betzerk supports deposits and withdrawals in Bangladesh via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

• Minimum deposit: ৳500. Deposits are generally processed instantly.
• Minimum withdrawal: ৳1,000. A maximum daily withdrawal limit applies.

• Wagering requirements also apply to winnings from free bets.
• Any bonus that reaches its expiry date will be automatically forfeited.
